Shipping & Returns



We'll ship the merchandise(s) out in 2-5 days after receiving your payment. After posting out your items, we would update the order status to "Processing to Delivered", with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 4-7 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!

Most orders are shipped by EMS/DHL/UPS (except some specail countires ), you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting Their website Tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.




If you need to return anything that you have bought from us, please return within 7 days of the purchase date and make sure they are returned as new, with their original tags and packaging.

1. Re-package your item securely (unworn and unwashed) or send back in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a terms condition.
2. Please let us know why you wish to exchange or return the item on the back of the invoice that came with your order so that we can improve our service.
3. Always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting’ form and retain it as proof of postage because we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
4. Items are returned to us at your own expense.
5. We never charge to send an exchanged item back to you.
6. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
7. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do not accept COD returns.
8. We will notify you by email if an item you have requested is out of stock and will give you an estimated delivery time-scale. If this is not satisfactory with you we will refund you without a problem.
